Availability:

Most teddybears are available for sale except those explicitly stated in the gallery section. Since I spend most of my time in designing and making new bears, therefore I won't stock bear unless order is received. It normally takes few days for me to make the bear for you.

1. Paypal, you can pay to my email address: sueyi@sueyi-bear.com

2. International money order, please purchase the money order at your local bank, with US currency, receiver name "Ms Sueyi Tam"

    regarding the postal address, I will inform you once ready.

3. 50% deposit is required for each order.

Shipment:

I ship to worldwide buyers, and since I have many experience in overseas shipment, I will help in arranging for the most cost effective means of delivery. Most of shipment can be arrived in 1 week time.

In case the teddybear arrived with quality not as described, you can ask for return within 5 days upon receiving the teddybear. Please be noted that the returned teddybear must be in received condition and the return shipping cost needs to be paid by the buyer unless specified.
